The Brisbane delegation of the Accademia was hosted by owner Carlo Percuoco at Ristorante Fellini the 23rd of March in a beautiful setting overlooking the marina on the Gold Coast. The evening commenced with a warm welcome from the host with Prosecco and then continued with a fine array of high quality Italian fare. The evening was very well received by all and featured some particular highlights including the fichi avvoltini in prosciutto which was considered one of the highlights of the dinner. The strong menu displayed a variation of courses featuring a selected Italian wines and was received enthusiastically by the Accademici and their guests. Complimenting the fine cuisine excellent service added the touches to one of the highlights of this years Accademia’s convivial dinners.

La delegazione di Brisbane dell’ Accademia è stata ospite di Carlo Percuoco al Ristorante Fellini il 23 marzo, accompagnata da una bellissima vista sul porto turistico della Gold Coast. La serata è cominciata con un Prosecco di benvenuto ed è proseguita con una raffinata scelta di piatti di alta qualità italiana. La serata è stata piacevole ed apprezzata da tutti, con particolare attenzione ad alcuni piatti come “i fichi avvolti nel prosciutto crudo”, considerati il miglior piatto della serata. Il menù offriva un’ ottima selezione di vini italiani, anche questi molto apprezzati dagli Accademici e dai loro ospiti. Eccellente cucina affiancata da un eccellente servizio hanno reso questa cena una delle migliori cene conviviali dell’ anno.
